Holistic Mental Health Treatment

At High and Grounded, we treat a wide variety of mental health disorders including:

How Much Does Treatment Cost?

In order to provide the best treatment for our patients, we provide care that is holistic, comprehensive, and individualized. In our current healthcare landscape, insurance companies tend to not provide payment structures that foster this approach. The result is having shorter appointment times with your providers; thus, limiting your quality of care. Because of this, we do not directly bill insurance companies at High and Grounded. We are considered "out-of-network" providers and all fees are due at the time that services are rendered to our patients. This allows us to provide a higher degree of personalized attention, longer appointment times, and higher-quality mental health care.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (90 mins)

During your first visit, your provider will complete an initial psychiatric evaluation with you. This helps to establish a baseline of your symptoms and involves discussing items such as your family history, your medical history, and your social history.  All of this information is used to then compose a treatment plan together with the patient and set the tone for care moving forward.

Follow Up Visits (30-45 mins):

The goals and objects of follow up visits is often dependent upon your personal needs and individualized treatment plan. Your provider may incorporate therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, focus on self-care and building coping skills, review and discuss recommendations for medication, or all of the above.  The frequency of follow up visits can range anywhere from 3-days per week to once every 3 months depending on your goals and progress in treatment.
